How to delete your account

1Open Grazrs in your browser or on your device and sign in

2Tap the gear icon (top right) › Account Settings

3Tap Delete Account

4Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm. Your account will be deleted immediately.
Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to recover it or any of your associated data. Please export a backup first if you'd like to keep your records.
Grazrs shares one login and one cloud account with the other Homestead apps, including Feathrs. Deleting your account here permanently deletes your farm data and photos from every Homestead app (including your Feathrs flock records and photos), your Feathrs community profile, and the login itself, so you will no longer be able to sign in to any Homestead app. Farms you joined as a team member are not deleted; you are only removed from them.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it where you subscribed: in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or for web subscriptions through the link in your Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net.
Data that will be permanently deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All animal records, health logs, and breeding history
- Financial tracking data and expense records
- Pasture and rotation logs
- Photos and media uploaded to the app
- Your farm data, photos, and community profile in Feathrs and the other Homestead apps
- App preferences and settings
Data retention
Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes after deletion.
Data retained after deletion
- Transaction records: required by law for tax and accounting purposes (retained for 7 years)
- Support communications: email correspondence may be retained for customer service records
- Anonymised analytics: aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics used for app improvement
No personally identifiable information will be retained beyond the legal retention periods listed above. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
