Getting Started

5 questions

Grazrs is a comprehensive livestock management app designed for anyone who keeps animals, from smallholders with a few goats to serious multi-species operations managing hundreds of animals across multiple paddocks.

Whether you keep cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, rabbits, working dogs, or custom species, Grazrs gives you one clean, offline-first place for health records, breeding calendars, weight tracking, pasture rotation, and finances, without the complexity of desktop farm management software.

Yes, a free account is required to use Grazrs. Creating one takes under a minute, and no payment information is needed to get started.

Once your account is set up, you'll automatically begin a 14-day free trial with full access to Grazrs. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, your records stay viewable and you can choose a plan whenever you want to keep adding and editing.

From the Herd tab, tap the + button to add your first animal. You can fill in species, breed, name or tag number, sex, date of birth, and any markings, or keep it minimal and add more detail later.

Bringing in a whole group? Use Add Multiple Animals to enter a batch at once, then add photos from your camera or photo library to any profile. Animals are grouped into named groups (herd, pen, age cohort, or whatever works for you).

Grazrs is available now as a web app, and the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps are coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. Your account and all data sync seamlessly between devices. Subscribe on one, access everything on the other.

Grazrs is available in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, with region-specific features like livestock ID systems, movement documentation, currency, and metric/imperial settings.

Yes. One subscription covers your entire property and everyone on it. Multiple family members or farm workers can sign in on their own devices using the same account and access all the same animal records, health logs, and financials in real time.

Features

8 questions

Grazrs has a full health management system for every animal, including:

  • Illness, symptom, and diagnosis logs with outcomes
  • Vaccination scheduling, dose logging, batch numbers, and due date reminders
  • Treatment records with automatic withdrawal period countdowns for meat and milk animals
  • Vet visit log with cost tracking and vet contact details
  • Parasite control cycles, FAMACHA scoring for goats and sheep, resistance tracking over time
  • Hoof and foot care records with recurring trimming reminders
  • Mortality log with cause of death and mortality rate per group

Records can carry photos, and the mic button lets you dictate notes when your hands are full. Grazrs is a record-keeping tool, not a replacement for veterinary care.

Log a breeding event with sire, dam, breed method, and date. Grazrs automatically calculates the due date using the correct gestation period for each species. You'll get milestone reminders for pre-birth checks, colostrum prep, and birthing kit readiness.

At birth, record offspring count, weights, sex, ease of delivery (using a structured 1 to 5 calving/lambing/kidding ease scale for cattle, sheep, and goats), colostrum intake, and dam recovery. Offspring are linked back to the breeding record automatically, building a family tree you can navigate visually.

The breeding calendar gives you a swipeable visual timeline of expected births, planned matings, and heat cycles. Semen straw inventory is also tracked for AI breeding programs, including sire ID, breed, supplier, doses remaining, and storage location.

Yes. The Land tab lets you define all your paddocks and pens, see at a glance which animals are in each location, and log movements between paddocks, including to markets or other properties.

The rotational grazing planner lets you schedule rest periods, visualise your paddock use and recovery on a timeline, and track grazing days per paddock. Movement records for AU, NZ, and UK also capture the regulatory documentation required for livestock movements between properties.

Log weights per animal at any time and Grazrs generates growth charts automatically. Average Daily Gain (ADG) is calculated in the background and flags any animal performing below the breed or group average.

Grazrs supports Bluetooth scale integration with Gallagher, Tru-Test/Datamars, and SRS-compatible scales. The scale auto-populates the weight field when it stabilises. Just review and confirm with one tap. Chute Mode enables fast bulk weighing sessions: animals move through one at a time, the scale auto-fills each reading, and a single tap advances to the next animal. All weights save to local storage immediately and sync when you reconnect.

Body Condition Scoring (BCS) is recorded alongside weight using species-aware scales: a 1 to 5 scale for cattle, sheep, goats, llamas, and alpacas, and a 1 to 9 scale for horses, donkeys, and mules. Animals scoring below threshold are flagged on their herd card automatically.

For market animals, you can set target weights and track how close each animal is. Milk production is logged per animal or per group with multiple daily sessions supported. For fiber animals, shearing records track fleece weight, staple length, and micron count across multiple shearings.

Yes. Grazrs tracks the full financial picture of your livestock: purchase price, transport, vet costs, treatments, feed, and sale revenue, all rolled up per animal automatically. You can see cost of production per litre of milk, per kg of liveweight, or per fleece to make better pricing decisions. Purchase receipts are shareable directly with buyers from within the app.

Record a Body Condition Score (BCS) from the Health tab on the 1-5 or 1-9 scale used for that species. Each score is saved to the animal's health record, so you can see how condition changes over time.

BCS is a practical tool for monitoring nutritional status, particularly useful for breeding females before mating and for managing animals through seasonal feed changes.

Yes. Grazrs integrates directly with Gallagher, Tru-Test/Datamars, and SRS-compatible Bluetooth scales. When you pair your scale, the weight field auto-populates as soon as the reading stabilises. Just review and confirm with one tap. Manual entry is always available as a fallback.

Chute Mode is designed for fast bulk weighing sessions at the chute: animals are presented one at a time, the scale auto-fills each weight, and a single tap advances to the next animal. Everything saves to local storage immediately and syncs when you reconnect. Chute Mode works fully offline.

Your paired scale is remembered in the app and reconnects automatically for the next session.

Yes. Voice-to-text logging is built into every area of Grazrs and is designed specifically for working conditions, logging in the field while tagging, treating, or handling animals when your hands aren't free. Speak a health note, a weight, or a general observation and it's transcribed and attached to the right record.

None. Flat unlimited pricing is a core principle of Grazrs. Add as many animals as your farm has. One subscription, one price, no tiers, no limits on records, photos, or species. We don't charge more as your operation grows.

Cancel any time where you subscribed. On iPhone or iPad, use your App Store subscription settings. On Android, use your Google Play subscriptions. For web subscriptions, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or go to paddle.net. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your animal records stay in the app and you can still view and export them, but adding and editing is locked until you subscribe again.

Offline & Sync

3 questions

Fully offline-first. All animal records, health logs, weights, breeding records, and financial data are stored locally on your device. You can create, edit, and view everything without any internet connection. No degraded mode, no missing features, no spinners.

When your connection returns, Grazrs syncs in the background via Cloudflare Workers. The app is designed specifically to work reliably in the barn, the paddock, and anywhere else on the property where signal is unreliable or absent.

Nothing is lost. All your data is synced to the cloud and tied to your Grazrs account. Download Grazrs on your new phone, sign in with the same account, and all your animals, records, and history will sync down automatically.

Your subscription is tied to your account, not your device, so you'll have full access immediately.

Yes. You can export animal records, health history, breeding records, and financial data as CSV or PDF from within the app. This is useful for tax preparation, livestock society submissions, movement documentation, or simply keeping a backup outside the app.

Purchase receipts can also be shared directly with buyers from the sale record screen, without needing a separate export step.

Data & Privacy

3 questions

You do. Your animal records, health logs, breeding data, financial records, and photos belong to you. Kobe Tech LLC does not sell your farm data to third parties. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics help us improve the app, but none of that data is identifiable to you or your property.

Account deletion permanently removes all personally identifiable data, including your profile, animal records, health logs, financial data, photos, and preferences.

A small amount of data may be retained for legal reasons: transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes (up to 7 years), support communications, and anonymised analytics. No personally identifiable information is retained beyond these legal periods.

You can delete your account directly in the app under the gear icon (top right) › Account Settings › Delete Account, or contact support if you need assistance.

Grazrs is built with privacy compliance in mind across all five markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Our Privacy Policy details how data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with applicable regional privacy regulations.

For specific privacy queries, contact us at [email protected] and we'll respond directly.
